Bethany First Church of the Nazarene

Built in 1969, Bethany First Church of Nazarene is a 1,650-seat mid-century modern cathedral with a large pipe organ as a backdrop for the stage. With a growing congregation, they reconfigured seating and expanded their programming. To support these changes, they desired a new sound system that could reinforce both their traditional services and contemporary band-driven worship.

    Bar du Port

Bar du Port needed a sound system with the flexibility to transition from a scenic dining experience to a lively nightlife venue while not disturbing nearby residences and businesses. The loudspeakers also needed to withstand demanding outdoor conditions including extreme heat and seaside elements. To meet these challenges, Levels AV installed a weather-resistant sound system that delivers even coverage across the entire rooftop venue.

    UNL Osbourne Legacy Complex

The Osborne Legacy Complex at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is a 315,000-square-foot athletics performance facility that houses Nebraska Football’s entire operations. ECC integrated Fulcrum Acoustic loudspeakers and subwoofers across key spaces such as the Football Lounge Theater, Team Meeting Room, training areas, and practice fields. In the weight room, white Fulcrum loudspeakers and matching white subwoofers provide high-energy, full-range audio while seamlessly complementing the room’s bright finish.

    Rose Bowl Stadium

Nestled in a residential neighborhood, Anthony James Partners and C.V. Lloyde wanted to deliver clear, impactful sound throughout the historic Rose Bowl, entrance gates, and Wine Garden while respecting nearby homes and streets. A Fulcrum Acoustic sound system was installed using weather-resistant FH1595 loudspeakers and CS218L dual 18-inch subwoofers. Additional FH1565, CCX1526, and CX826 loudspeakers extend coverage to concourses and entry points. The system that provides consistent, controlled, intelligible audio for fans while not disturbing the surrounding neighborhoods.

Unique Audio Projects

CycleBar Indoor Cycling Studios

CycleBar® is a national franchise of Premium Indoor Cycling™ studios self-described as “part sanctuary, part rock concert.” Their studios create an immersive multisensory experience with pedal-pumping music to motivate riders to reach their fitness goals. CycleBar tasked Dallas-based integrator Platinum SLV with designing and installing state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting systems to get their new franchises across the country swiftly up to speed and spinning.

Unique Audio Projects

New England Conservatory of Music

Since its founding in 1867, the New England Conservatory of Music (NEC) has earned a reputation as one of the world’s finest music schools. Built in 1903, Jordan Hall has become the heart of the conservatory. With performances by leading soloists and ensembles, as well as student recitals and concerts, the beautiful 1,029-seat concert venue is nothing short of legendary. Both NEC and Jordan Hall were declared National Landmarks in 1994, making the conservatory the first music school in the nation to receive such a dual designation. The hall’s acoustics perform magnificently for traditional orchestral music, but due to the building’s historic status (and lack of need), for many years a sound system was never integrated. That all changed at the beginning of 2015 with the installation of a Fulcrum loudspeaker array featuring AH65 high-efficiency, full-range coaxial horns, and RX699 coaxial loudspeakers.

Performing Arts

University of North Carolina Charlotte Jerry Richardson Stadium

Jerry Richardson Stadium is home to the Division I Charlotte 49ers football program on the UNC Charlotte campus. The athletics staff of the 15,000+ seat venue worked with Anthony James Partners to design a high-performance system that would deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for fans. They chose to partner with integrator C.V. Lloyde who installed a high-output, full stadium coverage scoreboard system of Fulcrum Acoustic AHC series loudspeakers and Sub218L subwoofers. The system delivers clear, even coverage and a high-impact sound that engages and energizes fans every game day.

Toro Toro Pan-Latin Steakhouse

Chef Richard Sandoval’s Toro Toro Pan-Latin Steakhouse in Washington, D.C. is noted for its high-end Central and South American cuisine. Descend the restaurant’s cage-enclosed stairs after 10 p.m., and you step directly onto the dance floor of a beautifully appointed, 5,000 square foot “super lounge” that features ultra-premium Latin spirits, and music by world-renowned DJs. The Toro Toro team was seeking a sophisticated sound system with great coverage and fidelity to set their late-night venue apart from the competition.

Hospitality

Oak Valley Church

Oak Valley Church is a mid-sized, family-run community church nestled in the foothills of Southern California. After twenty years of growth they recently purchased and renovated an old warehouse for their offices, classrooms, ministries, and main sanctuary. The sanctuary was built from the ground up with a focus on tech-forward features including integrated stage and house lighting, a 32'x12' LED video wall on stage, broadcast facilities, and a new sound system. Audio-visual integrator and acoustician, Darren Bowls from Bowls Engineering Sound & Acoustics (BESA) chose Fulcrum Acoustic for the loudspeakers.
