More gain without the strain.
Fulcrum Acoustic’s adaptive microphone technology intelligently learns your venue’s acoustical environment to increase clarity and stability, while providing up to 10 dB of additional gain-before-feedback.
In combination with its use in sound reinforcement, our Micflex and Choirflex processors are equally effective for enhancing vocals and audience microphones for broadcast and recording mixes.

Micflex
Multi-mode Adaptive Microphone Processor
From performance vocals to spoken word, there's a mode to enhance speech intelligibility and stability while adding up to 10 dB of additional gain-before-feedback.

With seven different modes for multiple mix scenarios, audio engineers can get vocals “on top of the mix” no matter the situation.
Ensemble
Increases gain by up to 10 dB for choirs, orchestras, and other group performances.
Audience
Isolate the sound of the audience from PA bleed in live environments, enhancing your broadcast feeds and in-ear monitor mixes.
Duet
Increases gain by up to 10 dB for two separate choir, orchestra, or other group sources performing at the same time, doubling the power of Ensemble mode.
Stage
Increases gain by up to 10 dB for as many as eight independently processed microphones mixed into a house PA.
Wedge
Increases gain by up to 10 dB for as many as eight independently processed microphones mixed into eight separate floor wedges.
Lecture
Increases gain by up to 10 dB for spoken word in four separate lecture rooms or classrooms, all inside one processor at the same time.
Sports
Isolate a referee’s speech from PA sound in arenas and stadiums, enhancing your broadcast feeds and increasing intelligibility.
Choirflex
Multi-mode Adaptive Microphone Processor
Reinforcing a choir is one of the more demanding tasks in live sound. It’s a constant challenge to achieve sufficient gain-before-feedback, reduce stage noise in the microphones, and keep the choir clear and present in the mix. Because choirs are typically mic’d with condensers covering large groups, the mix often suffers from excessive room reverb, PA coloration, and feedback issues, which hurt clarity and intelligibility. Careful mic placement and EQ can help, but these adjustments often fall short and may compromise the overall tone and musicality.

Choirflex delivers the same advanced Ensemble mode found in Micflex, purpose-built for choir and group vocal reinforcement. It’s a streamlined solution for applications that don’t require the additional modes, offering focused performance without added complexity.
